Who is Eligible?
People age 65 years or older who are US Citizens, or permanent US residents living in the US for the past five years.
People Under 65 with disabilities, after 24 months of receiving Social Security Disability Income (SSDI).
People under age 65 with End Stage Renal Disease (ESRD) (permanent kidney failure requiring dialysis or kidney transplant).
People under age 65 with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS) are often referred to as Lou Gehrig’s Disease (LGD).
